We proudly stand behind our work. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please bring it to our attention within 7 days and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

Cancellations

The appointments you schedule are reserved especially for you. We would appreciate a 24 hour cancellation. We will gladly help you to reschedule your appointment if needed.

Scheduling

To ensure that you get the absolute most out of your experience with us, without rushing, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. We recommend scheduling your next appointment before leaving From Head to Toe, to ensure getting the date and time that would most suit your schedule. We request a 50% deposit for spa services and a 24 hour cancellation.

Gift Cards

Our gift cards are beautifully designed with our logo, and make great gifts. You can choose any denomination to add to the value of the card at the time of purchase. The gift cards are not redeemable for cash and may be used in the salon toward services and retail products. The gift card must be presented to be redeemed. All gift cards expire 1 year from purchase.

Refunds

Services and gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Any unused retail product may be returned for salon credit.

Packages

All packages require a 50% non-refundable deposit. If your appointment is rescheduled within 7 days the deposit will be applied to that appointment.

Cell Phones

For your own comfort and that of our other guests, we request that all cell phones be placed on vibrate and used in our designated areas.
